Great place to stop and stay if driving through or staying in Marysville. My son and I were visiting from hawaii to ride @ E street and Riverfront motocross tracks and needed an affordable place to stay. This hotel has security cameras so we felt safe leaving our bikes in truck and the beds are very comfy rooms clean and new. We will probably stay a total of 7 non- consecutive days here and felt very welcome and appreciated by the front desk folks which is a great feeling when you are away from home. |

Great location and price. walking distance from two historic Downtown America towns. Yuba city and Maryville. rooms clean and owners on site and very friendly. recently remodeled. area busy, but hotel quite and safe. |

It was Christmas time and I had an important
conference meeting to attend. This was the best
deal I could get as all the hotels were completely
full. This is a good experience which I got
as the rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff
was very accomodative and friendly. I will surly
recommend this hotel to everyone. |

America's Best Value Inn was clean, the spreads
& draperies looked new. The location was
also good. There are a lot of parking space
and the food was not only good but reasonable.
It had a good TV with a lot of cable channels.
We really enjoyed our stay and was very pleased
with their service. |

I stayed 2 nights at the American
Best Value Inn, Marysville December 8-9th
and was a little nervous on arrival but the
front desk people are very friendly, courteous
and helpful. The room was very warm &
cozy. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with
the hotel and I would highly recommend anyone
to have a break and stay here.
